This Shipping Policy applies to all physical orders placed on metaxia.media. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Fulfillment & Production (Lulu)

We fulfill print orders via Lulu's print-on-demand network. Typical production time is 3-5 business days, and your cart will show the estimated production time for your specific order. Hardcover books may require additional production time due to binding and curing.

Shipping Timelines

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Express and expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday. Additional transit time may apply for shipments outside the continental United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and other U.S. territories).

Special Addresses

For U.S. P.O. Boxes, only USPS Mail or Priority can be used. Some correctional facilities restrict bindings or delivery methods; if an order is returned from a prison, it cannot be refunded or reordered. Please confirm destination rules before ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

Some destinations are not serviceable due to carrier, legal, or geopolitical restrictions. As of the latest published Lulu shipping guidance, destinations that cannot be shipped to include: Belarus, the Crimea region, Cuba, Iran, Johnston Island, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Russia, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Wake Island, Yemen, and Venezuela. This list may change. If an order is placed to a restricted destination, we will cancel and refund it.

Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility.
