Preorder Policy

This Preorder Policy applies to items marked as preorder on metaxia.media. By placing a preorder, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Estimated Release & Shipping Window

Preorder pages show an estimated release date or shipping window. These dates are estimates and may change due to production or fulfillment factors.

Payment Timing

We charge your payment method at checkout to reserve your preorder. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Delays & Updates

If we cannot ship by the stated estimate (or within 30 days if no date is stated), we will notify you by email with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we do not hear back by the deadline in that notice, we will cancel and refund your preorder.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel any preorder before it ships by contacting us at contact@metaxia.media. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Split Shipments

For multi-volume or multi-item preorders, we may ship items as they become available unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

Print-on-demand items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged. If there is an issue, contact us within 30 days of your shipment date and include photos of the problem. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the evidence provided.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment or shipment processing has begun.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or natural disasters.
